Trans Tech offers fully automatic modular skids to suit various requirements such as pilot plants, solvent recovery systems, washing units, Clean In Place Units, VOC abatement, adsorption system.

Trans Tech has successfully executed projects dealing with high temperature, high pressure applications in India & abroad. We can help in developing the concept to reality using our strength in process design, detail engineering, automation & control.

Our process engineers prepares a detail P&I diagram & equipment layout. Based on the same our draftsman prepares precise isometric & 3D drawings. The same can be viewed as a movie which gives a very good visualization & understanding for fabrication & assembly team.

The skids are provided with control panel which can have a PLC/HMI or stand alone controllers as per the customer’s requirement. The skids are fully assembled & programming is tested to its full functionality so that the skids becomes a plug & play activity at site.

The skids can be designed considering standard container dimensions so that it can be easily shipped across the globe.
